Mr Charles Shang, CEO
Mr. Charles Shang, a seasoned Singaporean CEO, brings over two decades of expertise in maritime shipping, logistics, and business development, with a distinguished career as a maritime leader that includes roles at Braemar Shipping, Mingshi Capital, and Maersk Shipping ETC. He is a recognized leader in maritime decarbonization, leveraging his deep understanding of regulatory updates in the EU, UK and Singapore to drive innovative, sustainable solutions.
Mr. Shang’s strong relationships within the maritime sector in Singapore, combined with his strategic vision, have enabled him to lead the company in the marketing and development of green methanol, as well as spearhead new projects focused on reducing the industry’s carbon footprint. His proven track record in top executive positions underscores his ability to deliver impactful results, foster growth, and advance the maritime industry’s transition to a greener future.
Mr Wolfgang Mohr, CTO and Chief Engineer
Wolfgang Mohr, a German national, is a world-renowned engineer with over 19 years of senior-level experience in Asia, specializing in the design and manufacturing of pyrolysis and biomass plants. His illustrious career includes key roles at leading global companies such as Stadler & Schaaf, MRE Elektroautomationstechnik GmbH, and Siemens PLC, where he has been instrumental in advancing alternative energy technologies, including solar, wind, and biomass energy.
As the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Engineer of the company, Wolfgang brings unparalleled expertise in the design and optimization of cutting-edge biomass energy solutions. His deep understanding of engineering equipment and alternative fuels is complemented by his ability to seamlessly integrate innovative business designs and plant operations with the strategic leadership of Mr. Charles Shang. Together, they are poised to drive new project ventures and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks in the EU and Singapore, leading the company towards groundbreaking achievements in maritime decarbonization.
Mr David Rouse, Director, UK Project management
David Rouse, a British national, is an expert in project planning and management with over 30 years of experience spanning six countries, David has a proven track record of successfully completing projects on schedule, a discipline honed during his early career with the Royal Engineers.
Throughout his extensive career, David has contributed his expertise to leading companies such as Thyssenkrupp, GE Wind Energy, and Axon Automotive-UK. His diverse and solid experience in project management and product design makes him an invaluable asset to the team.
As the UK Director of Project Management, David will play a crucial role in developing and building our UK operations, particularly in setting up green methanol storage and bunkering facilities. Working closely with Charles, David will ensure that the company’s strategic vision for expanding operations into the UK and EU markets is executed with precision, efficiency, and innovation.
