Mr. Charles Shang
Our seasoned Singaporean CEO with over 2 decades of experience in maritime shipping, logistics, and business development, Charles has held leadership roles at Braemar Shipping, Mingshi Capital, and Maersk Shipping ETC.
Recognized as a leader in maritime decarbonization, he leverages deep regulatory expertise across the EU, UK, and Singapore to drive sustainable solutions. His strong industry relationships and strategic vision position him to advance green methanol development, reduce the sector’s carbon footprint, and lead the maritime industry toward a greener future.
Chief Technology Officer & Chief Engineer
Mr. Wolfgang Mohr
A German national with over 19 years of senior experience in Asia, Wolfgang is a renowned engineer specializing in the design and manufacturing of pyrolysis and biomass plants. He has held senior roles at global leaders such as Stadler & Schaaf, MRE Elektroautomationstechnik GmbH, and Siemens, advancing technologies in solar, wind, and biomass energy.
As Chief Technology Officer and Chief Engineer, he brings deep expertise in developing and optimizing biomass energy solutions. Working alongside Charles Shang, he integrates innovative engineering with strategic leadership to drive new ventures and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks in the EU and Singapore. Together, they are leading the company toward groundbreaking achievements in maritime decarbonization.
Director, UK Project Management
Mr. David Rouse
A British national with over 30 years of international experience across six countries, David is a seasoned expert in project planning and management. Beginning his career with the Royal Engineers, he built a strong discipline for delivering projects on time—a skill refined through senior roles at leading companies including Thyssenkrupp, GE Wind Energy, and Axon Automotive-UK.
As UK Director of Project Management, he brings extensive expertise in project execution and product design, making him an invaluable asset to the team. Working closely with Charles Shang, David leads the development of the company’s UK operations, particularly the establishment of green methanol storage and bunkering facilities, ensuring expansion into the UK and EU markets is executed with precision, efficiency, and innovation.
